This dialogue focused on Archizoom’s No-Stop City in order to discuss how the development of increasingly continuous, global, and homogeneous forms of urbanisation transformed the role of architecture. It began by reflecting on the work of Archizoom in general and other so-called “radical architects” of the period, especially in Italy. It asked how Archizoom was situated within the larger world of Italian politics and political theory, how its work changed our understanding of the scale at which design, architecture, and urbanism can operate, and what the legacy and impact of its work have been.
