BIOGRAPHY

Ivonne Santoyo-Orozco is an architectural historian and educator whose work is interested in Latin American histories of housing rights and social movements against private property. She holds a PhD from the Architectural Association, an MArch from the Berlage Institute and, a BArch from Universidad de las Américas Puebla. Currently, she co-directs the Architecture program at Bard College.

Stefano Corbo is an architect and professor at TU Delft, where he also serves as the coordinator of the Master’s program in Architecture for the Group of Public Building. He is the author of the following books: Entre Esferas y Atmósferas: La Arquitectura como Interfaz (Ediciones Asimétricas, 2024); EXTERIORLESS (Routledge, 2023); Notes from the Underworld (Schiffer, 2019); Interior Landscapes: A Visual Atlas (Images, 2016); and From Formalism to Weak Form: The Architecture and Philosophy of Peter Eisenman (Ashgate/Routledge, 2015).

Bart-Jan Polman is an architect, curator, and academic with degrees from Columbia GSAPP, Princeton University, and Delft University of Technology. A graduate of the School’s MSAAD Program in 2010, Bart-Jan has been actively involved in architectural research and education through his doctoral work at Princeton, and he has taught both design and history/theory courses for multiple years at GSAPP, as well as at Delft University, Princeton, Barnard College, and Pratt Institute.

Joseph Bedford is Associate Professor of History and Theory at Virginia Tech and the founding director of the Architecture Exchange, a platform for theoretical exchange in architecture.
