BIOGRAPHY
Alex Maymind is an educator, designer, and architectural historian. He is an assistant professor at the University of Minnesota School of Architecture where he most recently served as the Director of Undergraduate Studies. He holds a Ph.D. from UCLA and a Master of Architecture from Yale University School of Architecture.
Irina Davidovici is an architect and historian and the director of the gta Archive at ETH Zurich. She is the author of Forms of Practice. German-Swiss Architecture 1980–2000 (gta 2012 and 2018) and The Autonomy of Theory: Ticino Architecture and Its Critical Reception. (gta, 2024)
Steven Lauritano is the University Lecturer in Architectural History at Leiden University. He received his PhD in the history of art from Yale University and the Master of Architecture from Princeton University. His research examines the intersection of architecture and antiquarianism, the history of architectural preservation, and the relationships that connect historiography and design.
Joseph Bedford is Associate Professor of History and Theory at Virginia Tech and the founding director of the Architecture Exchange, a platform for theoretical exchange in architecture. (Moderator)
